Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Wholemeal Bread
- Nuttelex Spread
- Handful of Blueberries
- Handful of Cranberries
- Handful of Dried Apple (Chopped)
- Handful of Sultana’s
- 1 cup of Semi-Skimmed Milk
- 1/2 cup of Light Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbspn of Manuka Honey

Method

Butter the bread slices with the vegetable spread, then cut into triangles.

Arrange in a square ovenproof cake tin and drizzle with honey

Add the mixed dried and frozen fruits

Mix the milk, cream and eggs together and pour over the bread

Put in the oven for 40 minutes or until cooked
