Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Wholemeal Bread
  • Nuttelex Spread
  • Handful of Blueberries
  • Handful of Cranberries
  • Handful of Dried Apple (Chopped)
  • Handful of Sultana’s
  • 1 cup of Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 1/2 cup of Light Cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tbspn of Manuka Honey

Method

  • Butter the bread slices with the vegetable spread, then cut into triangles. 

  • Arrange in a square ovenproof cake tin and drizzle with honey

  • Add the mixed dried and frozen fruits

  • Mix the milk, cream and eggs together and pour over the bread

  • Put in the oven for 40 minutes or until cooked
