Prior to your first class, you will need to fill out a new client form. These can be downloaded from the footer of our website.
Bookings can be made with Jacqui directly or online.
Body Blitz – a 10 week, term based program every Tuesday and Thursday. A fast paced 45 minute workout that introduces you to many different styles of training. Be a fitter U in 10 weeks.
